A group of professionals and students from Africa, living or studying in the greater New York area, who are interested in reading the works of authors who write about African issues.
Come meet fellow designers (as well as web developers and social media experts) each month for drinks, networking, and knowledge sharing. We are creative leaning, but engineers and all levels of technology expertise are welcome!
Try something different, get some exercise, learn something new. If you can swim then we will teach you to snorkel and then hand you a stick so you can jump right into the action. Bring your bathing suit and let us know you are coming (we need your foot size for fins). We'll give you one on one lessons at what ever pace you are comfortable with.
